Shipping & Handling
Refund/Cancellation Policy You have 14 days, from the date that the shipping and handling/processing
charge is placed on your account, to cancel your order. Please note that due to the promotional
nature, and personalized issuing dates of these vouchers, all shipping and handling/processing charges are FINAL and
non-refundable once shipped. Also, please be aware that your Reservation Request Forms are sent to you by "Certified
Mail with Tracking" and require a signature on your part. The United States Post Office will make two attempts
to deliver the package to your door. If unsuccessful, the Postal Carrier will leave attempt notifications.
If the package returns to the post office nearest to you, it is held for a maximum of 15 days. We are not responsible
for mail that is not picked up. These vouchers have important activation and issuance dates that can not be altered
or used by our company again, and therefore become null/void. Furthermore, some vouchers must be activated within 21
days of the stamped Issue Date. Please note: Although we are not responsible for unclaimed mail and postal delays,
we try to reduce the chances of nullified vacations due to such delays. Our standard practice is to stamp
an Issue Date a minimum of 2 weeks into the future from the actual day of shipping. Since the package is usually
delivered within 3-5 days, customers may receive their vouchers and still have at lease 1 week before the date stamped
in the 'Issue Date' field on his/her vouchers applies, thus giving our customers extra time to
receive their package, review all the terms and conditions, and have plenty of time to activate before any deadlines

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders. You may also call toll-free at 1-888-548-7911 to make an order over the phone. purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
